THE AGENCY:  Zone 7 provides treated drinking water to four major water retailers serving around 260,000 residents and businesses. We take great pride in recruiting and retaining a highly skilled and dedicated staff, all of whom are equally committed to both community service and supporting one another.

THE POSITION: Under general supervision, this position performs a variety of office and field sub-professional engineering duties; computer aided drafting (CAD) work; construction inspection tasks; establishes and maintains detailed and interrelated engineering and hydrological record-keeping systems.

SALARY: $106,766.40-$129,792.00/ Yearly

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education
Completion of sixty semester units of college level studies with emphasis in engineering, mathematics and/or science.

AND

 Experience

The equivalent of two years of full-time experience in sub-professional engineering or water resources work.

OR

Experience
The equivalent of three years of full-time increasingly responsible sub-professional engineering or water resources work.

LICENSE:

Possession of a valid California Driver’s license.
