What does the Regional Operations Manager, Parks and Recreation do? Assists in directing recreational and maintenance activities in one of five operational regions of the Department of Parks and Recreation.  Positions allocable to this class report to an Assistant Director, Parks and Recreation in charge of an operational region and are responsible for assisting in the overall direction of park operations, including grounds maintenance, recreation operations, golf course management, and coordination of construction and planning.
