DEFINITION Under general administrative direction, plans, manages, organizes, and directs the activities of the District’s Maintenance Division, develops and manages division budget, manages scheduling of work programs and special projects for recycled water, wastewater treatment and resource recovery, collection system, instrumentation, collections and conveyance, and facility and process maintenance and repair activities in conformance with applicable statutes, regulations, and policies and procedures.
