ABOUT THE DISTRICT Fulton-El Camino Recreation and Park District is a park and recreation special district in the west Arden Arcade area of Sacramento County. We serve a population of 30,000. The District recently had Measure Q passed which will provide $24 million in funding for facilities and park improvements. Of that funding, approximately $6.5 million will go into upgrading the aquatics center. The Aquatics Manager will be a key part of the planning team for these fund allocations.
