There is an additional 3.35% Management Differential which is added to the posted salary for this class. Under general direction, the Chief, Consolidated Utility and Billing Service Division plans, organizes, and directs all activities related to the billing of utility accounts to County of Sacramento residents using refuse collection, wastewater treatment, water treatment, storm water drainage maintenance, and other County services.
