Goleta West Sanitary is seeking a seasoned, emotionally intelligent General Manager with deep technical knowledge of wastewater operations, a collaborative leadership style, and proven success in small agency management.

The ideal candidate brings:

•  Extensive experience in sanitary district or special district operations
•  Strong understanding of wastewater systems, SCADA, and capital project oversight
•  A hands-on, people-first approach to organizational development and team leadership
•  In-depth knowledge of LAFCO and special district governance
•  The ability to lead with vision while honoring the district's values and long-standing workforce culture

Minimum Qualifications:

• Broad and extensive public agency management experience
• Demonstrated strong administrative skills and operational excellence
