Under general direction, plans, organizes, oversees, coordinates, and reviews the work of staff responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of the District’s water distribution, recycled water, sewer collection, and treatment systems; oversees the construction, maintenance, and operations of water production and distribution systems, facilities, and infrastructure; ensures compliance with water quality and regulatory requirements; provides highly complex and responsible support to the General Manager in areas of expertise; and performs related duties, as assigned.
