Contra Costa Water District (CCWD) serves 560,000 customers, encompassing most of Contra Costa County. CCWD has an excellent opportunity for a new Principal Human Resources Analyst in the People & Culture Department. Guided by its mission to be human-centered and data-driven, the department emphasizes the importance of trust, professional growth, and employee wellness. The department is organized into two divisions: Human Resources & Risk (HR&R) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). This Principal HR Analyst will be assigned to the HR&R Division.
