Principal Human Resources Analyst
Contra Costa Water District (CCWD) serves 560,000 customers, encompassing most of Contra Costa County. The County is home to one of California’s most ethnically, culturally, and socioeconomically diverse populations and has one of the fastest-growing workforces among Bay Area counties. CCWD has an excellent opportunity for a new Principal Human Resources Analyst in the People & Culture Department. Guided by its mission to be human-centered and data-driven, the department emphasizes the importance of trust, professional growth, and employee wellness. The department is organized into two divisions: Human Resources & Risk (HR&R) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). This Principal HR Analyst will be assigned to the HR&R Division.
