About the Position The Department of Public Works is seeking a dynamic individual to fill a senior level engineering position (Engineer V) in the Water Resources Division. The successful candidate will work directly with the Water Resources Manager on current water resources efforts. The Engineer V will assist the Water Resources Manager with groundwater and surface water management; including water rights; Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) compliance efforts, agricultural and urban water conservation; groundwater modeling; CEQA/NEPA and related regulatory and permitting requirements for water resources projects.
