Assistant General Manager The El Dorado Hills Community Services District was formed on May 21, 1962, as an independent special district, and currently the boundaries encompass approximately 28 square miles (18,028 square acres). The District provides exceptional service, innovative programming, and diverse community experiences that enhance the quality of life enjoyed by El Dorado Hills residents. The District also presents numerous annual special events. Providing these exceptional services takes a highly skilled workforce, with a total of 35 full-time employees throughout the organization.
