The schedule for this position requires irregular hours, various shifts, weekends, holidays, and/or on-call status. The Senior Lifeguard serves as lead staff member and performs a variety of aquatics functions, including: monitoring and coordinating the daily operation and maintenance of the City aquatics facilities, including opening and closing of the pool; develops and coordinates programing and projects, conducts certification and training process of all aquatics staff; teaches and certifies Lifeguard staff and performs administrative functions.
