CAPITAL PROGRAM MANAGER The Capital Program Manager’s (CPM) primary work is to manage and support the contracting, procurement, design, and construction of all projects deemed Capital (> $5,000), under the purview of the Conservancy. This full-time exempt position reports directly to the Executive Director of the Conservancy, and currently will oversee one Project Manager. This is a great opportunity to ‘create a department’ that exceeds the expectations, working with staff, the community, and the Board to grow the activation of all spaces on the campus. It is also expected that the CPM will mentor and coach all Conservancy staff on the Capital Program and Project Management while in this lead role.
