Job Summary Under the general supervision of the General Manager, plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates Finance/Accounting, Purchasing, Information Systems, and Customer Service programs, including financial reporting and recordkeeping, internal control procedures, budget preparation, payroll, cash disbursements and receipts, investment of assets, District borrowing/repayment of debt, and grant administration.
