Lead the District in its mission to deliver the highest quality water at the best possible price while continuing to serve as respectful stewards of the environment. The District serves over 30,000 residents across a service area of 37 square miles.

The District is looking for a dynamic, service-oriented leader and strategic partner to serve as its GM. The GM will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record of overseeing capital and operating budgets while monitoring monthly performance against budget. The best candidate will lead and operate with integrity and reliability that enables them to quickly engender trust and credibility.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor and inspiring leader with a demonstrated ability to invest in, and bring out the best in their team, the District is looking for someone with the ability to deliver improved results by working imaginatively and productively with the Board, Department Heads, community partners and the District’s diverse and talented workforce. The GM will be a goal-oriented leader with an ability to formulate strategic plans that improve efficiencies and effectiveness of the District.
