Annual compensation is based on an agreed negotiated hourly rate and actual hours worked. Previous compensation has been in the $ 30,000 to $ 60,000 range. This position is on a consulting basis and does not provide benefits.

The District is recruiting for a part-time consultant or individual as General Manager to manage the TCSD by contract. The District is seeking an experienced consultant or individual with General Manager experience in local government ideally in the field of wastewater, water, or public works and a bachelor's degree. The hours will range 25 to 50 hours per month with one day per week on-site.

The Scope of Service may include, but not limited to, working as the Executive Officer for the Board of Directors and District Staff. He/she administers the District and has exclusive management and control of the operations and works of the District, and provides day-to-day leadership for the District. He/she shall identify operational infrastructure, permitting, policy, financial budgetary, personnel, administrative and management issues. Utility management or Public Works experience in California is a plus. The ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with the constituents and other agency personnel; and the ability to meet and serve the public courteously and efficiently.
