This professional will be skilled in analyzing problems and making decisions quickly and dependably.  Highly qualified candidates will be well-versed in the administrative and operational functions of a comparable department and must have a keen understanding inclusive programming and the design and management of recreational facility, park, and trail system construction projects. The annual salary range for the Recreation & Cultural Services Director is $134,100 - $228,960; placement within this range is dependent on qualifications and experience.
