Tuolumne City Sanitary District (TCSD) is located in a small community of Tuolumne City in Tuolumne County.   TCSD provides wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal services for Tuolumne City.  This encompasses an estimated population of 1,763, which includes a total of 2,000+ sewer equivalent dwelling units (EDUs).  This totals includes   residential, commercial, Black Oak Casino Resort, Rancheria, and three (3) schools.  The District is staffed by five (5) full-time positions that include:  Chief Plant Operator, Wastewater Grade II Operators (3), and the District Secretary/Office Manager. The District is recruiting for a part-time consultant or individual as General Manager to manage the TCSD by contract.   The District is seeking an experienced consulting firm or individu
