Central San, a progressive public utility, is seeking a Management Analyst. This position will perform complex management, financial, budgetary, policy, and operational analysis in support of the Planning and Development Services Division. Duties include conducting needs analyses, feasibility studies and evaluations, making recommendations for improvement, and developing implementation plans.
Education and Experience:
Three years of full-time experience performing administrative, operational, management, and/or financial analysis.
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in business or public administration or a related field.
Licenses and Certificates:
Possession of a valid California Driver’s License. A valid out of state driver’s license will be accepted during the application process. Must possess a valid California Driver’s License within 90 days of appointment.
