Performs specialized duties in support of SCADA graphical representation and data accuracy, PLC programming, operational functionality, and remote telemetry communication reliability; troubleshoots and corrects programming, configuration, and interface issues of SCADA, PLC, and HMI systems; determines method of integrating new programming code into existing
