The Member Services Representative reports to the Member Services Director Components of the position include: MEMBER SERVICES Serving as the first-contact liaison and communication link with CSDA members and other parties contacting the CSDA office by phone or in-person. Fulfilling day-to-day general questions and requests related to membership, events, and other CSDA programs/services. Greeting CSDA members and other parties contacting CSDA (in-person, online, and via phone) with a smile and in a professional manner.
