THE COMMUNITY: The Salton Community Services District is located on the Western Shores of the Salton Sea.  It is a desert community having both Spanish and English speaking community members. The District is seeking a responsible, honest, ethical and experienced leader for its new General Manager. This position will provide the right candidate with an excellent opportunity to help advance the local community by managing wastewater and parks services for the Salton City and Desert Shores communities.  The District provides wastewater treatment services at the three facilities, parks and recreation and contract solid waste contracting services. It is located in Imperial County and is within driving distance of San Diego and Palm Springs. THE POSITION. The General Manager has primar
