The Bear Valley Community Services District is currently recruiting for the position of Administrative Services Director. The Administrative Services Director is a department head position, receiving direction from the General Manager and shall plan, manage, oversee, and direct operations related to comprehensive municipal finance, risk management, and information services. Bear Valley Springs is a unique gated community of approximately 6,000 residents located in the mountains of Kern County with miles of equestrian and hiking trails, wildlife and a rural atmosphere.
