DEFINITION/GENERAL PURPOSE Under administrative and policy direction this position provides senior leadership to program managers with overall responsibility for finance and budget functions of the District. Serves as a key member of the District’s executive leadership/management team with significant involvement in overall District planning, management and financial leadership.
