Job Summary The basic function of the SRF Capacity Development Specialist is to provide training, Technical, Managerial, and Financial (TMF)assessments, funding application assistance and on-site technical assistance to rural water systems and small municipalities, while managing the program’s administrative affairs. This position will have a focus on assisting small water systems increase their TMF capacity. The SRF Capacity Development Specialist is a full-time employee. This position will coordinate funding application submittals and reporting with utility management, State Water Boards managing engineers and the SRF team management. This position will work closely with utility management and primacy agency staff to assist in the development and implementation
