Job Summary The basic function of the SRF Specialist is to provide training, Technical, Managerial, and Financial assessments, funding application assistance and on-site technical assistance to rural water systems and small municipalities, while managing the program’s administrative affairs. The SRF Specialist is a full-time employee. This position will coordinate funding application submittals and reporting with utility management, State Water Boards managing engineers and the SRF team management. This position will work closely with utility management and primacy agency staff to assist in the development and implementation of Best Management Practices (BMP’s).
