Central San, a progressive public utility, is seeking qualified candidates to fill a Human Resources Analyst position. This position will be responsible for producing timely and accurate payroll checks for approximately 350 employees as well as administering and coordinating District benefits which includes medical, dental, life, and other ancillary insurance/benefit programs.
Three years of full-time experience in human resources administration or analysis.
Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in human resources, psychology, business or public administration, or a related field.
Substitution for Education: Additional qualifying experience as noted above may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis.
