The Napa Sanitation District is currently accepting applications for one full-time position of Safety, Training & Fleet Maintenance Officer. This class serves a dual function with responsibilities including a broad spectrum of the District’s safety and training element, as well as fleet maintenance functions. Under direction, the Safety, Training & Fleet Maintenance Officer will plan, organize, coordinate and implement comprehensive safety programs for the District; take and recommend action to ensure compliance with State and Federal safety regulations and requirements; develop and maintain on-going programs to provide training for employees on safety procedures; and ensure maintenance on District vehicles and equipment.
