We have an opening for a District Secretary to work in a 2-person office in Contra Costa County.
Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Full time position with benefits after 2-month trial period.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks. Experience in Laserfiche, accounting, HR and plan review is a plus.
Personality –professional manners, detail oriented, consistently pleasant, works well under stress, thinks quickly to respond to questions.
Work independently, multitasking, and by the direction of the District Manager.
