Under the direction of the District General Manager, the CC&R Compliance Officer is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, interpreting, and enforcing all Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), including Architectural Review, within each Landscaping and Lighting District in Cameron Park.

Required Education and Experience:
Minimum of an Associate Degree from an accredited two-year college is encouraged.
Two (2) years full-time experience in code enforcement, building permits/inspection or real estate; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills and/or Certifications
Knowledge of the use of computers, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases;
The ability to learn principles, practices and methods used in the execution of compliance activities for of a variety of CC&Rs, methods, and techniques used in enforcement and investigation, basic math principles, applicable federal, state and local laws, codes, and regulations;
Ability to interact with a wide variety of public agencies and private citizens;
Ability to handle potentially sensitive issues calmly.

The community of Cameron Park is located in the foothills of El Dorado County, on the west slope of the Sierra Nevada Mountains along U.S. Highway 50, about 30 miles east of Sacramento, California. The community is home to about 18,000 residents and covers an area of about 8.3 square miles. Cameron Park was the 1950s vision of Ruth and Larry Cameron, who purchased the 5,000 acre ranch.
