Medical Affairs fellows will design tailored training objectives with their mentor, and have the opportunity to: - Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Medical Directors, Medical Science Liasions, Key Opinion Leaders, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Marketing, and Prinicipal Investigators
- Interact with all Allergan therapeutic areas and geographies to support new and ongoing post marketing clinical research, provide transparency to trial status to key stakeholders, and oversee financial standings for Phase IV, investigator initiated trials (IIT), HEOR, and Epidemiology studies
- Develop scientifically-balanced global response letters to address unsolicited medical inquiries, provide medical review of promotional materials, and provide scientific support to Medical and Commercial initiatives through insights identified from medical inquiries
- Partner with internal and external global stakeholders to develop a research-based strategic publication plan to maximize the reach and impact of Allergan’s science through publications.
- Manage a cross-functional team and vendors to execute the scientific communication plan for a therapeutic area.
- Lead research projects that help Allergan better understand the impact of scientific communications
Candidates will be asked to select an area of interest to complete their one-year fellowship within: Global Medical Scientific Information, Global Medical Communications or Global Phase 4.
