Cold call businesses or retail store owners as potential tenants to lease stores in company-owned shopping centers in Greater Los Angeles, Riverside & San Bernardino
Prepare & send out mailers to prospective tenants via mass mailing or mass emailing
Generate leads by identifying specific businesses on the Internet & other
Follow-up on leads & coordinate with in-house leasing representatives for appointments with potential
Show space, when
The hourly wage will be from $12-$15 per hour and may include a performance bonus.
Excellent verbal communication & business writing skills
Strongly motivated & able to work with minimum supervision
Highly energetic & aggressive self-starter
Strong people skills & a team player
Keen interest in commercial/retail real estate leasing
Retail leasing experience helpful
Graduating students with emphasis on Business Administration or Marketing courses
Hands-on proficiency Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
