The Deputy is responsible for providing guidance, direction and coordination for the department in oversight and management of OC Parks’ 60,000-acre portfolio comprised of wilderness and regional parks, protected open space, historic facilities, beaches, harbors, and bikeways and trail systems. The ideal candidate will have significant and progressively responsible experience in a mid-to-upper level managerial capacity with a parks and recreation organization of more than seventy-five (75) staff.The salary range for the OC Parks Deputy Director is $98,134.40 - $172,328.00 annually, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
