Monthly Salary: $8017 - $9705 Plus excellent benefits
Central San, a progressive public utility, is seeking a passionate Community Affairs Representative who will focus on developing and implementing comprehensive pollution prevention and environmentally-focused student education programs for K-12.Duties of the position will include developing, testing, planning and implementing a variety of student and public education programs, project, and activities; speaking to groups and individuals regarding District programs, services, and initiatives; participating in the development and production of a variety of publications and other marketing materials; and planning and developing a variety of outreach events and campaigns.
Possession of a valid California Driver’s License. A valid out-of-state driver’s license will be accepted during the application process. Must possess a valid California Driver’s License within 90 days of appointment.

Four years of increasingly responsible experience performing public relations and/or community outreach functions in a public or private organization.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in public relations, journalism, English, communications, or a closely related field
