A Bachelor’s degree in recreation administration, business or public administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is highly desirable. Candidates must possess eight (8) years of relevant experience with at least five (5) years in a supervisory capacity. Any combination of training, education, and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying.
