Central San, a progressive public utility, is seeking a Management Analyst. This position will be assigned to the Engineering and Technical Services Department and will perform complex management, financial, budgetary, policy and operations analysis in support of the Asset Management Program. Duties will include program management, technical writing, capital improvement planning, conducting needs and business process analysis and program evaluation and making recommendations, and developing implementation plans.

Education and Experience:
Three years of full-time experience as an analyst performing administrative, operational, management, and/or financial analysis.
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in business or public administration or a related field.
Licenses and Certificates:
Possession of a valid California Driver’s License. A valid out of state driver’s license will be accepted during the application process. Must possess a valid California Driver’s License within 90 days of appointment.
