Monthly Salary: $10,428 - $12,612 Plus excellent benefits
Central San, a progressive public utility, is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Plant Maintenance Superintendent position.This position will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of the Plant Maintenance section of the Operations Division including mechanical, machinist, electrical, instrumentation, and building and grounds activities.Duties will include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating maintenance work activities, preparing and reviewing the budget, and administering outside repair and service contracts.

Education and Experience:
5 years of journey level experience in the maintenance of industrial facilities such as are found in a wastewater treatment plant, at least 2 of which were in a supervisory capacity.
Equivalent to the completion of twelfth grade, supplemented by substantial training in a maintenance field such as the completion of an apprentice program.
Possession of a valid California Driver’s License. A valid out-of-state driver’s license will be accepted during the application process. Must possess a valid California Driver’s License within 90 days of appointment.
