Reporting to the Controller and supported by a team of 3, the Payroll Services Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising the activities of the City’s centralized payroll function.

The ideal candidate will possess five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in payroll administration along with a Bachelor’s degree. Designation as a Certified Payroll Professional is strongly preferred.
